Today wish to speak to you about guidance. Each one of you is made of the very same light that moves the stars in the heavens, causes the seeds to burst forth and grow into full bloom, and guides you in all of your interactions. This light is known by so many names – God, Love, Universal Intelligence, and so forth. This light is nothing less than the love that created and sustains the universe. So too, it creates, sustains, and guides you, for it IS you.

It is the human mind that makes you feel separate from this light. It is human fears and anxieties that make you forget that you are eternally connected to the source of all creation and that this love WANTS you to feel at peace, WANTS you to feel in harmony with the universe, and longs for you to know the love that created you and guides you. What the mind wants however is entirely different. It wants the illusion of control. It wants certainty, predictable outcomes, and assurance that it will be the boss. As you learn to surrender your mind and to listen to your heart however, you find a divine balance between the two. The mind was intended to serve the heart, not vice versa.

So when when you find yourself in fear or in challenging times, know it is a human tendency to start strategizing, reacting, figuring out ways to manipulate the universe. Far better however, to stop, breathe, sit in silence and ask yourself, “What do I really want out of this situation? What is my heart trying to tell me?” Ask, “Heart, what do you want? What are you trying to tell me?” Invite the presence of God within you to speak clearly through your heart. And then, listen, not so much with your ears, but with your inner knowing. Be willing to ‘hear’ things your mind might disagree with.

Suppose you want desperately to get a new job . In every minute of your spare time, your mind says, work, work, work! Send out resumes every moment. Make those calls! But your heart says, I want to go outside today and relax and read my spiritual books. I want to reconnect with myself and God. And during this quiet time you realize there is something else entirely that you want to do with your life. You want to go back to school or change careers. Now dear ones, now that you have gotten in touch with your hearts, now the universe can and will support you. Now doors will open. Now you will receive inspiration and guidance.

When the mind is trying to control the heart, you can only be guided into situations that force you deeper into your heart. When the mind is honoring the heart, you can be guided easily towards the heart’s goals.

Only when you are at “one” with your true self will God guide you in your outer world towards your goals. Suppose your earth said, “I do not wish to revolve around the sun now! I want to go in a different direction.” Well my dear friends, she would not receive any help and assistance in that endeavor because she was created to go around the sun. And so guidance would be withheld until she said at long last, “Ah it is in my heart to revolve around the sun as gracefully and beautifully as I can.” So be it! Guidance would be immediately forthcoming.

Suppose you want a relationship to make your life more interesting, or to help you feel happier. If you insist, we can guide you toward one to do just that, however realize you will attract someone who wants YOU to make their life more interesting and to make them feel happier as well. And this will drive you deeper into your heart and you will say, “But I want a relationship with someone who is happy with themselves, and feels good about their own life.” And then the realization will follow, “I want to feel happy with myself and good about my own life.” Then dear ones, you will receive guidance as to how to go about realizing this truth, and in this deeper truth you will attract healthier and happier relationships.

Suppose you say, “God I want more money! I want to be able to pay my bills more easily.” Well dear ones we could guide you there in a heartbeat, but many times we do not because what you really want, underneath these desires is, “God, please show me that you really love me, support me, and care about me.” Far better to ask for this, because it is a deeper truth and in this deeper truth you will be guided in many ways that show you how much God loves you. You will develop faith, trust, and an awareness of greater truth, perhaps even in different directions than you might have chosen had the money come easily, and then… the money will come as well.

There are always very deep desires beneath the more human ones. Dig deep into your hearts, find them and ask for them, because these are the prayers that are answered in beautiful ways that you might not even imagine. In asking to feel your light, the light of God’s love, and the universal support for you, you are admitting to yourself you are worthy of it (and this is truth). You are admitting that you are a valuable part of the universe. You are allowing the Divine to guide you as was originally intended, and you are surrendering to a grander vision of your life than one you could ever dream for yourselves.

So by all means, pray the very human prayers for we care about your human life, but don’t forget to dig deep and see what prayers the heart is trying to pray underneath these human desires. You all want to know God’s love. You all want to feel safe and secure in that love. You all want to feel that your life has purpose. And we can easily guide you in these endeavors, for a life centered on love is one in which your material needs will truly be satisfied, your desires for connection will be upheld, and a joy that is natural to the soul will be allowed to shine through you to others on this school called Planet Earth.

What is God?

Forget the old version of God as some old mean guy sitting on a throne just waiting for the chance to throw your butt straight to hell!  Delete that idea of God out of your mind forever!  Instead no matter what your religion, I invite you to open your mind to a new idea of God. An idea of God as your best friend, this God is not some mean guy, he is a colorful vibrant force.  God is creativity, he is the ultimate creative force, the most inspired artist, creating the most perfect art.  Imagine your favorite movie… now imagine your most inspired moment, imagine you favorite song and how you felt, imagine the first time you fell in love, imagine your best summer day ever… The times you felt on top of the world…

That was God!

Imagine the stunning beauty of the most beautiful natural scene you have ever seen…

That was God!

He was there in all of those moments…. And the part of you that recognized it, the part of you that said wow! The part of you that said that was so cool!  The part that said that taste so good… looked so good…  felt so good… That part in everyone of those moments, that was good, beautiful, cool, that indescribable quality that can only be recognized but not defined…  That was God…  but just a taste!   No matter how incredible the experience, it was only a tiny glimpse, just a drop of God’s essence… God is so much more than that, a billion trillion times more than all of those moments…  Want to tap into that power on an ongoing bases?  One of the most fulfilling ways is to tap into inspiration, in other words to tap into God in the most direct sense, by becoming a direct creative channel for God’s love here on Earth.

Now do you understand the power I’m talking about!

“So how do I do this?” You say? I hear ya. Dream on dreamer, life is in the moments Release yourself and fly away.   Want to know how to live?  You must let your spirit fly and soar!

Remember, one hour of inspiration is worth infinitely more than 8 hours of desperation because true inspiration is life!

Dream big and small

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

So many of you are waiting for God to tell you what to do with your lives, and yet dear ones, you can find the answers right within your own heart. What is it you want to do? What is it you want to create? You may have very big dreams, such as I want to help end world hunger, or create a big vacation, or have the relationship of my dreams. Or your immediate dreams may be quite small – you may want a wonderful sandwich for lunch at a price you can easily afford. Whatever your dreams, focus there with what is in your heart. Give your dreams and desires acknowledgement, dear friends, for no wish, no dream, is frivolous in the eyes of God. If you want the sandwich it is because you want to take care of both your body and your finances. If you want the vacation it is because your soul seeks respite or adventure. If you want the relationship it is because you wish to love and be loved.

Do not judge your wishes and dreams for none is ‘better’ or ‘worse’ than another. All dreams, all wishes, truly at their core, are wishes to experience the love of God in your lives or to express the very same. All wishes and dreams are movements towards greater love. All wishes and dreams, when acknowledged with honesty, starting inside of yourselves, create movement and growth.

Do not hesitate to acknowledge your dreams for fear of disappointment. Do not stop yourself from dreaming because you have no idea how you can have what it is you want. Do not block your hearts dear friends because every time you do so, you block up the flow of love in the universe. When you open your hearts, acknowledge your dreams, feel your feelings, and allow God’s grace to rush into you, through you, and out into the world. It is your vibration of excitement, acknowledgment, and anticipation that will draw good unto you. Hopelessness, despair, disillusionment… those are vibrations that do not create any movement whatsoever.

If you feel disconnected from your hearts, stagnant, or in despair, get moving physically. Truly dear ones, just allowing energy to move through your bodies, will create movement in your souls. Take a nice walk in nature. Stretch a little bit, within your body’s capacity. Breathe slowly and deeply, if nothing else, and allow yourself to feel God rushing through you. As your winter moves towards spring, the life force within you wants to get moving again, much as the sap within the trees begins to flow when the weather warms. The trees in winter dream of their budding in the spring. So too you can dream of the growth you wish for in this coming year. You can dream of the things you want to create in your life. The trees do not know how their buds will be called forth. Instead it is in their very makeup and genetic program to respond to the impulses of weather and sunlight to do so. So too, dear ones, you do not need to know how your dreams will be called forth in your own life. You only need acknowledge them and trust that it is in your soul’s makeup and program to respond to the impulses of the universe when they are given.

So take time while it is still winter, to go into the stillness, and dream your dreams, for to acknowledge your own hearts is to acknowledge God’s plan and movement for your lives.

Ask for real help – you are not alone

Breathe deeply and know that you are all so tenderly loved. God loves all of you dear ones, each and every one without exception. God loves you always and constantly, whether or not you are in a good frame of mind, whether or not you are proud of your life, whether or not you even believe in Him. God understands that every soul is on a quest to dissolve the illusion that they are separate from their source, and so like a loving parent, He waits for your to realize His love within your own heart, and assists you in seeing that spark in others.

Your world, dear ones, is riddled with fears: fears about viruses and fears of vaccines; fears of having too little and fears of being powerful; fears about healthcare; fears about the economy; fears about whether or not you can take care of your children, and the list goes on. Dear ones, stop, breathe, and remember you are loved. God is the source of all health and well being. God is the source of your abundance no matter who gives you the paycheck. God is your greatest caretaker. Your children were His children first and He loves them in a way that is incomprehensible to the human mind.

We are so sad when we see you struggling and trying to solve your life’s problems all by yourselves, for God and your angels patiently wait to be enlisted in your service. You cannot order God and tell Him how to manage your life. You can instead drop into your hearts, and find what is already in there, for this is the truth He longs to serve. You can say “Dear God I am exhausted and I need your help in finding fulfilling work.” “God I am wits end as to how to support my children. Give me peace in my heart and show me what I can do for them, and where I need to surrender.” “God I am afraid that I cannot pay my bills or that I am going to lose my house. Give me peace of mind and heart. If it is your will that I pay them, guide me. If I am to learn by losing something, then help me understand the lessons and go through my changes with grace.” “God I so desperately want to create change in my life. Guide me and grant me patience while the changes unfold.”

These prayers, dear ones, the prayers that simply admit what is in your heart and ask for assistance, both in changing your outer lives, but also more importantly in learning the lessons within each situation – these prayers are answered in perfect timing. Ordering God about – throwing tantrums, begging, pleading, bargaining – these behaviors, although perfectly human are a different kind of prayer because in a way you are saying, “God I want this but I don’t believe you will give it to me and I’m mad. I don’t believe you care about me, so I will beg. I don’t believe I am worthy of your love and attention, so I will bargain.” Not only are these behaviors unnecessary, but in a way they negate the energy you are sending out into the universe. They say, “God fix my life” and in the same breath “I do not believe you will or I am not sure I am worthy.” You water down and negate your own prayers with these behaviors. Stand up tall and pray with your whole heart, having confidence that although you may have lessons to learn, God DOES care. You ARE worthy. You will be guided with tenderness and love through the changes you experience if you can embrace the way the universe works.

God is not cruel dear ones. He could come in, and in a heartbeat, fix your lives, and yet He does not always do this because earth is a school. When you are at home in heaven, things are different. But how much would a child learn if the parent sheltered them, prevented them from ever experiencing hardship, paved their path with gold, did their homework, and didn’t allow them to develop their own strength? Behaviors like this enable dependency and prevent one from finding their own strength, talents, and skills. Behaviors like this are not what God is all about. God is about helping you find HIS divine light within your own hearts – helping you learn that you are are not dependent children, but rather magnificent beings, made in His image and likeness.

There are times when you will experience deep challenge. There are times of loss, fear, and sometimes even suffering. But you can weather these times ever more gracefully if you stand up tall, ask to be shown the lessons, ask for what you truly want, and ask for the grace to know when to act and what to do. Then surrender, wait for guidance, and act when the inspirations occur. In this way you create a dance with God that acknowledges HIs true nature and serves in assisting you back into the flow of Divine Grace.

The Wakeup Call

Someone once said that…

‘Normal’ is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work, driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get to the job that you need so you can pay for the clothes, car, and the house that you leave empty all day in order to afford to live in it.

It does not have to be this way…

But why is it this way?  Why do we keep slaving away at some activity we don’t like?  Why?  Money? No, money is not the answer!  You must understand that money alone will not get you to where you want to be.  Stop sacrificing all of your ‘todays’ for some future happiness.  You can be happy right now.  You don’t have to wait.  It’s time to stop letting some dull job or other activity take the passion out of your life.  It’s time instead to start living your passion.

First of all there is not such thing as ‘normal.’  Second of all you are not ‘normal.’  You are not your business, you are not your job, you are not your career, and you are not your profession.  You are so much more than any dead-end activity that just pays the bills.  You are a unique spiritual being, a prince of God, full of the creative potential of the Universe!  You are someone who’s perspective the world needs to know about.  It’s not about working harder to do something that is difficult.  It is about being inspired to do something that feels right!  You must understand, that you have been taught that you must earn your happiness.  No!  It is yours already!  There is nothing you have to do.  There is nothing to obtain, nowhere to go and nothing to wait for.  You already have everything you need. Enough is enough. It’s time to stop compromising.  It’s time to stop waiting.  It’s time to stop holding back.    It’s time for the world to feel your touch!  It’s time for your dream to become reality.

You didn’t come to this Earth to waste your life.  You came to make a difference.  That difference is your dream.  No, not that false dream and ambition that you tell people to impress them.  No, this dream is what you really want to do with your life when you stop caring about what others think.  This dream belongs to you alone.  This dream is, your passion, your joy, your love!  It is that thing in life that you love to do for the pure joy of doing it.  This is your calling and your purpose for being!

So why aren’t you doing it?  What is it that keeps stopping you?  Why does your dream keep getting put off, put aside, neglected?  Whatever you said it was just an excuse!  You must push pass those limiting beliefs and do it anyway!  It’s time for you to commit to your dream and by doing so you will have made a commitment to yourself, the most important commitment of your life.  Does pursuing your dream scare you?  Realize that when you are doing what you love all you will experience is pure joy!  There is nothing to be afraid of.  Living a life without meaning is what you need to be afraid of.  You will only find your true power when you start doing what you love.  And when you do what you love you will finally find true happiness and abundance.  Action is the key.  Make time for your dream.  The world is counting on you.  There is nothing to be afraid of because everything you need and want is within you.

God’s creative spirit powers your dream and is not limited by time nor space and is infinite in its abundance.  All you have to do is what you can with what you have where you are today.  Start small and take small steps.  Trust yourself, trust your heart, act on your dream today, and leave a meaningful mark on the world.

We must totally surrender our purpose to God.

We must totally surrender our lives, our purpose and its implementation to God.

Here is the good news or the bad news depending on your perspective.  Really it’s more than that.  It’s not going to be enough to just acknowledge God in the process, we must totally surrender to God. In this way we become the process that God uses.  You must understand that you will not be in charge of this process.  God will be in charge and you will surrender to him, it or she.  This is the way it has to be.  The part of you that might be having a hard time with this is your ego, the part of you that is under the delusion that it is separate from God.

God is the key to your life purpose and its implementation.

Let’s just lay the cards out on the table right now.  God is the key.  There is no getting around this fact.  We cannot save ourselves.  We cannot make our dreams come true or discover and successfully live our life purpose without God.  Others talk about plans and strategies to live your dream as if it is an excel spreadsheet and all we have to do is form a grand plan and then implement it with discipline.  But that’s all ego.  And it’s not real.  In that case you’re just play acting a role in a fantasy.  What we want is to live a real authentic life plugged into a deep conscious power.  Well God is that power! And, the only way we can really do anything deep with true meaning that’s going to make a real difference in our lives and the planet is to acknowledge God in this process.

This is ultimately a battle between God and your Ego.

Your ego mind to be exact.  Here is something else you might not have realized. The you that thinks it’s you, is not really You! In all likelihood unless you are one of the few enlighten beings on the planet, the you, you think you are is really a fake role that you play called your ego.  There is a much deeper truer you called “your true self.” Becoming aware of this “true self” and though it, tapping into God’s power is the key to living your life purpose.  The main impediment to this is your ego.  It is determined to keep you in a permanent state of distraction, separation and fear so that you will never ever get in touch with who you really are and thus keep you and the rest of humanity in a permanent state of darkness.  Therefore, there is one thing that must be done for you to succeed.  Your ego must die.  This is the battle.  It is a battle for your freedom and it is a battle that will be won!  This is why you are a Dream Warrior!  We literally are all depending on it.  If you do not realizes this dual aspect of yourself than you will never understand a thing I am talking about.  It will all seem crazy and insane. Understand that the part of you that is thinking this is crazy is your ego persona.  Not who you really are.

What does it mean to be inspired?

It means to trust your instincts and to move into that space that is
interesting, fun and alive! Do what you feel inspired to do in any
moment. Don’t feel like doing it, don’t. Feel like doing it, do! But there
is a difference between doing something you feel inspired to do and
doing something out of fear. Fear is the enemy. It is easy for fear to
disguise itself as inspiration when our ego tells us that the only way to
get something is to do something else. Then we feel like we must take
a certain action because we think it is the ONLY way. But we cannot
see the divine plan. The only thing you can do is to try not to do it all
by yourself, don’t try to FIGURE it out. Let God’s creative spirit move
you in the right direction. Think of life like a maze with many choices
and dead ends, you can sit there and spend days analyzing the next
best move, you can even study maze dynamics in college, but that does
not mean you will finish the maze in the most efficient manner. God on
the other hand, made the maze, knows its every detail and can see it
from every angle; he can see the whole maze and its most efficient
solution. So the thing to do is to ask God to show you the most efficient
way out of the maze. And the way he does this is through inspiration.
Inspiration is God’s creative energy moving though you, God using you,
God playing you as the most beautiful musical instrument that you are.
The goal is to let go and let God make beautiful music through you and
the best way for that to happen is for you not to block his energy.
When you feel fearful, that is an energy block, when you feel inspired
then it flows.”

Dream Awakening

Awakening to the divine presence in our lives
What we are going to set out to accomplish here is to realize our connection to God and God’s plan for our lives. This plan is also our soul’s plan, for when we came to Earth we all had a grand dream for how we would express God’s love here and do our part in bringing Heaven to Earth.

We must understand that this dream can’t be discovered in a consciousness of fear, because love, not fear, is the key to understanding it. So the main point that must be made first is that God loves us. And, from that understanding we realize that we are taken care of in the fullest sense of the word. With these great truths, we can finally be at peace, knowing that no matter what our situation or circumstances, or how scary life may appear to be, it is all transcended by the fact that ultimately we live in God’s grace. This great love is the only ‘true reality’ we live in. Awakening to our ‘Dream Power’ starts with a trust and knowing that God is there for us in every aspect of life. Otherwise, we will be fearful, making it difficult for us to find the meaning and purpose we seek.

It must be stated again that God has a glorious and perfect dream for everyone’s life. This truth must be relayed because many people feel that they are not important, that their lives are meaningless and serve no real purpose. It is our belief that just sharing this fact alone will touch something deep inside many people, allowing them to begin the process of waking up to who they really are. And they are non other than the children of God. Now, some people believe that people are inherently evil and not good enough for God. The truth of the matter is that we are all journeying up the road of perfection on our way home again. But that does not mean that we are to feel bad about ourselves and focus on our lack of perfection. Fear and guilt will not get us to Heaven; nor will it help make this world a better place. Instead the path is to make more perfect that which is not perfect, to always seek a greater perfection in ourselves. And we do this though expressing love for our fellow man, as well as the planet.
